ICAPP Update (24-56): Invitation to the 12^th GA

Dear Distinguished Members of the Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that official invitations to the 12^th General Assembly (GA) have been sent today to 196 political parties which were included in the Attachment II of the ICAPP Update 24-53, dated September 5, 2024.

The relevant documents have also been attached to the invitation as follows:

-         Tentative program

-         Conference Procedures

-         Registration Form

-         Travel Advisory

-         Brief Introduction of the ICAPP

In this regard, SC Members are requested to submit the list of political parties in the region which they want to invite additionally in accordance with the ICAPP Charter and Major understandings.

The invitations to the observers, including political parties in Africa, Latin America and Europe, and relevant international organizations, will also be sent soon. Lists of observers to be invited will be circulated in due course.
