ICAPP Update (24-59): ICAPP Statement on Terrorist Attack in Ankara

This is to propose a statement in the name of the ICAPP Standing Committee to condemn the terrorist attack in Ankara which took place on October 23, 2024, in which 5 people were killed and 22 injured.
