ICAPP Update (25-39): Invitation to the 46th AIPA General Assembly

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached please find the official invitation from AIPA to the 46th AIPA General Assembly, which will be held from 16 to 22 September 2025 at the World Trade Centre (WTC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For your reference, please find below a summary of the tentative programme:

• 20:00–21:30: Welcoming Dinner

Thursday, 18 September 2025
• 11:00–12:00: Opening Ceremony
• 13:30–17:45: First Plenary Session

• 20:30–22:00: Gala Dinner

Friday, 19 September 2025
• Evening: Embassy Night / Private Programmes

Saturday, 20 September 2025
• 14:30–15:30: Second Plenary Session (Reports and Adoption)
• 15:30–16:40: Closing Ceremony
• 20:00–23:00: Solidarity Dinner

Sunday, 21 September 2025
• 09:00–16:00: Excursion Programme
• Evening: Embassy Night / Private Programmes

Standing Committee Members who wish to participate in the General Assembly as observers, in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between AIPA and ICAPP signed on 22 November 2024, are kindly requested to complete registration via the official website aipa46.parlimen.gov.my no later than Friday, 29 August 2025, and concurrently to notify the ICAPP Secretariat upon completion of registration.

Please be advised that accommodation arrangements for the ICAPP delegation will not be provided or covered by the Host. Delegates are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements at their own expense.
