ICAPP Update (25-28): Invitation to PABSEC

Dear Distinguished Members of the Standing Committee,

Attached is the invitation from the PABSEC (Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation) to the 65^th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan during June 17-19, 2025.

The program and the general information of the meeting is also attached.

SC Members who wish to participate in the meeting as observers in accordance with the MOU on Exchange of Guests between the ICAPP and the PABSEC signed May 28, 2024, are requested to inform the Secretariat as soon as possible.

In this regard, please note that the host will not provide local accommodation for observers.
