Attached is the report on the Secretary General’s visit to Colombo, Sri Lanka on 22-23 February 2019 in preparing the upcoming 3rd Meeting of the Asia-Europe Political Forum and 32nd Meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee, which will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka during April 5-7.

It would be advisable for members to refer the attached report for their participation in the meetings.
