Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat has the pleasure to inform the Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee that attached Memorandum of Understanding between the ICAPP and the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) to be signed in order to further strengthen the cooperation between the two organizations, taking into account of importance of the upcoming Special Workshop on Green Cities to be held on October 30 to November 2, 2018 in Seoul. The draft MOU is attached herewith for your reference.

In addition, further to the email that the Secretariat sent to the SC Members on 30th of August, I would like to send the attached improvement of the Charter of which was elaborated with the feedback of legal advisor.
