Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat has its pleasure to inform the Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee that the UNESCO General Conference has finally authorized the establishment of the Cooperation Agreement between the UNESCO and the ICAPP on 17th of October.

I wish to extend my deepest appreciation to the Members of the ICAPP SC who had actively supported the establishment of this Cooperation Agreement. Attached are the press release and the related-documents, including the text of Cooperation Agreement.
