Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that SC Members are invited to attend the Opening Ceremony of the United Malays National Organization (UMNO) which will be held at Putra World Trade Center (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur on December 10, 2015.

Local accommodation for SC Members will be provided by the UMNO during December 9-11, 2015.

SC Members are requested to confirm their participation at their earliest convenience. Individual invitation letter to SC Members will be sent respectively.
