ICAPP Update (15-60) Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, The Secretariat has received an official invitation from Hon. Abdurrahim Boynukahn, Chairperson of the Justice and Development Party (AK Parti) Youth, addressed to all Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee to attend the 4th Statutory Congress of the AK Parti Youth Branch to be held in Ankara during December 18-21, 2015. The Ak Parti will cover the costs of local accommodation and local transportation for up to two representatives from each participating political party during Dec. 18-21. In this regard, SC Members are requested to confirm the participation of their representatives by no later than December 8, 2015. Attached is the invitation letter along with the draft program, technical details, and brief introduction of the AK Parti.
