ICAPP Update (15-62)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat has received an official letter from the Commission for External Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), requesting to inform the SC Members that the 12^th National Congress of the CPV will be held in Hanoi during the second half of January 2016.

The political parties which are participating in the ICAPP activities are kindly invited to send their congratulatory messages to the CPV on the occasion, if they wish, before January 15, 2016.
