ICAPP Update (15-43)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee are invited to visit Azerbaijan by the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan to monitor the Parliamentary Election to be conducted on November 1, 2015. Members who wish to join the monitoring mission are requested to arrive on October 30 and depart on November 3.

Local accommodation for the SC Members will be provided by the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan.

SC Members who wish to join the mission are requested to confirm their participation as soon as possible and submit copies of their passports.
