ICAPP Update (15-46) With regard to the plan to send an ICAPP Mission to monitor Parliamentary Election in Azerbaijan to be conducted on November 1, 2015, which was informed by ICAPP Update 15-43 of September 21, SC Members are requested to confirm their participation as soon as possible and submit copies of their passports. The list of the mission should be registered at the Central Election Committee of Azerbaijan as soon as possible by October 2nd, 2015. Attached is the list of SC Members who have so far confirmed their participation.
