ICAPP Update (15-47) Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, Attached is the draft Beijing Initiative on the Silk Road, which has been prepared by the Organizing Committee of the Special Conference on the Silk Road. The Beijing Initiative is to be adopted at the closing session of the Special Conference on October 16th, 2015. Also attached is the draft annotated agenda for the 25th SC Meeting to be held in Beijing on October 15, 2015. The Appendices of the draft annotated agenda is uploaded on the ICAPP website www.theicapp.org . SC members are requested to submit their comments or suggestions at their earliest convenience, but not later than October 9th, 2015.
