ICAPP Update (15-26)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

In continuation of ICAPP Update 15-24 of June 16, 2015, regarding the 1st Meeting of the ICAPP Media Forum to be held in Seoul during September 16-19, 2015, we'd like to request SC Members to confirm their participation and nominate journalists from their countries who will participate in the forum at their earliest convenience, and preferably not later than July 31, 2015.

Attached are the updated program and the list of participants who have so far confirmed their participation.

Also attached are the concept paper, conference procedures, travel advisory and registration form for the meeting. In this regard, SC Members are requested to review, in particular, the concept paper and submit their comments or suggestions.

As informed earlier, participation in the meeting will be limited to SC Members or their representatives and journalists from each country which is represented in the SC. Local accommodation for two representatives from each political party in the SC and one journalist from each country will be provided.
