ICAPP Update (15-28)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat received today an urgent email from Mr. Martin Rodriguez Sanchez, Vice Chairman (COPPPAL) of the ICAPP-COPPPAL Business Council, requesting to look for a strategic business partner from Asia who will be interested in participating in a natural gas pipeline project for the National Electric Utility (CFE) of Mexico. The estimated amount of total investment in the project is US$ 961 million.

Attached are the email from Mr. Rodriguez and the document on the financial and technical requirements for the business partnership.
