ICAPP Update (15-37)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached are the concept paper and tentative program for the ICAPP Special Conference on the Silk Road to be held in Beijing during October 14-16, 2015 under the auspices of the Communist Party of China.

Also attached is the draft agenda items for the 25th Meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee to be held on the sidelines of the Special Conference.

SC Members are requested to confirm their participation in the above events by not later than September 11, 2015. They are also requested to submit their suggestions or comments on the draft agenda item for the SC meeting.
