ICAPP Update (14-13) Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, In continuation of the ICAPP Update (14-12), dated April 30, 2014, SC Members, in particular those who have not yet confirmed their participation, are urgently requested to submit the list of participants along with their flight itineraries and passport copies at the latest by May 10th, for the United Russia Party to coordinate with Embassies of the Russian Federation in their respective countries to issue entry visas in time for the meeting. We’d also like to inform you that the United Russia Party will provide local accommodation for three nights for up to two representatives of each participating political party.
