ICAPP Update (14-34) ?? Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, With regard to the 8th GA to be held in Colombo during September 18-21 under the main theme of "Building an Asian Community", a total of 72 political parties from 30 countries have confirmed their participation as of today. Attached is the list of the participants, who have so far registered for participation. In this regard, SC Members who are yet to confirm their participation are requested to do so as soon as possible, and not later than August 22. They are also kindly requested to encourage other eligible political parties in their countries and neighbors to register for participation as soon as possible. Representatives of eligible political parties can register their participation electronically at "Registration for the 8th General Assembly" on the main page of the ICAPP website at www.theicapp.org by filling out the registration form for each participant. They are also requested to separately send by email the names, titles and positions in their respective political parties, email addresses and flight itineraries to the ICAPP Secretariat at secretariat@theicapp.org. As we've already informed you, the representatives are requested to arrive in Colombo by the afternoon of September 18 to attend the welcoming reception to be hosted by the Organizing Committee.
