ICAPP Update (14-36)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached is the draft Colombo Declaration prepared by the Secretariat, which will be attached to the Annotated Agenda for the 23rd Meeting of the Standing Committee as Appendix V.

The first official draft of the Colombo Declaration, which will be finalized at the 23rd SC Meeting on September 18, will be circulated to all participants in the 8th GA after the first plenary session on September 19.

And the Drafting Committee to be established at the GA will finalize the Colombo Declaration after accommodating comments and suggestions to be made by other participants, which will then be adopted at the closing session of the 8th GA on September 20.
