Attached are the procedures for the opening and closing sessions of the 8th GA which have been agreed upon with the Organizing Committee.

Speakers at the opening and closing sessions are kindly requested to limit the time of their statements as allocated by the Organizing Committee in consideration of time constraints we will have during the GA.
