ICAPP Update (14-46)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached is the draft annotated agenda for the 5th Joint Session between the ICAPP Standing Committee and the COPPPAL Coordinating Body to be held in Mexico City during November 26-29, 2014.

SC Members are requested to submit their comments and suggestions to the draft. In particular, SC Members' are requested to review the proposals on the “terms of reference” for the Asian-Latin America Business Council and make their comments as soon as possible. The Secretariat plans to have prior consultations with the COPPPAL Secretariat on the draft during the 32nd Plenary Meeting of the COPPPAL to be held in Managua next week.

SC Members are also requested to nominate business leaders from their countries who will attend the inaugural meeting of the Asia-Latin America Business Council on November 27, 2014.
