ICAPP Update (24-34): MOU between ICAPP and AIPA

Dear Distinguished Members of the Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that consultation is now underway between the Secretariats of the ICAPP and the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly, on exchanges of observers, at the proposal from the AIPA. Attached are the draft MOU and the brief introduction of the AIPA.
