ICAPP Update (24-35): MOU between ICAPP and IPTP

Dear Distinguished Members of the Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that consultation is now under way between the Secretariats of the ICAPP and the IPTP, International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace on exchanges of observers, at the proposal from the IPTP. Attached are the draft MOU and the brief introduction of the IPTP.
