ICAPP Update (24-37) Report of the ICAPP Observers to BRICS and Partner Countries Forum

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached is the report of the ICAPP observers who participated in the Inter-party BRICS and Partner Countries Forum which was held in Vladivostok, Russia during June 16-19, 2024. The forum was hosted by the United Russia Party and the BRICS Presidency of the Russian Federation.

The congratulatory remarks delivered by Hon. Chung Eui-yong, Chairman of the ICAPP Standing Committee at the plenary session of the forum on June 17 is also attached.
