ICAPP Update (13-40)

Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached are the final documents of the 2nd Meeting of the ICAPP Youth Wing which was held in Baku, Azerbaijan during August 13-15, 2013, including the Baku Statement on Youth in Asia adopted at the closing session of the meeting.

Participants in the meeting are requested to send the copies of their speeches by email to the Secretariat for the publication of the final report.
