ICAPP Update (13-25)

Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the invitation to the 2nd Meeting of the ICAPP Youth Wing has been sent out to eligible political parties, which is to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan during August 13-15, 2013. Attached are the invitation letter, tentative program, registration form, conference procedures and travel advisory.

SC Members are kindly requested to provide assistance so that many youth representatives from the eligible political parties in their countries will be able to participate in the meeting.
