ICAPP Update (13-33)

Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

In continuation of the ICAPP Update (13-30) of July 5, 2013 regarding the plan to sign the "MOU on Cooperation to support the Activities of the ICAPP" on July 26, 2013, we'd like to inform you that H.E. Kim Kyou-hyun, First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs has been nominated to sign the MOU on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Korea.

We'd also like to inform you that the Secretariat has sent out the attached note verbale to the Embassies of the countries stationed in Seoul, which are represented in the ICAPP Standing Committee, regarding the signing ceremony.

In this regard, SC Members are requested once again to confirm their government's decision to participate in the MOU as soon as possible. SC Members who wish to attend the signing ceremony are also requested to confirm their participation at their earliest convenience.
