ICAPP-Update (13-03)

Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

As we have informed you earlier, the Yeni (New) Azerbaijan Party is going to host the first Meeting of the ICAPP Women's Wing in Baku during April 4-6, 2013. Attached is the tentative program of the meeting.

Local accommodation and transportation for up to two representatives from each political party will be provided by the host. Special entry visas will also be arranged for participants from the countries where there is no Azerbaijan consular office, which will be issued upon their arrival at Baku airport.

In this regard, please send the following information to the Secretariat at your earliest convenience and not later than March 10, 2013.
1. Names, titles, email addresses, passport numbers, and photos of each participant
2. Flight details with arrival and departure times and flight numbers of each participant

Official invitation letters will, then, be emailed to each participant individually for the participant to apply for entry visa at the Azerbaijani consular office in their respective country. For participants from the countries where there is no Azerbaijani consular office, the invitation letters may be shown to immigration or airline officials to confirm that special entry visas will be issued for them upon their arrival at Baku airport.
