ICAPP Update (11-23) Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, We hope that you have safely returned to your country after attending the 15th SC Meeting and the ICAPP Conference on Natural Disasters and Environmental Protection. We'd like to take this opportunity once again to extend our sincere gratitude to SC Members and their staff for attending both occasions. Our special thanks also go to our gracious host, the UMNO, and its leaders and the staff alike. Thanks to their tireless efforts, both meetings have been most productive and successful.
