Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

With regard to the 28th SC Meeting and the 3rd Meeting of ICAPP Media Forum and the 1st Meeting of Asia Europe Political Forum (AEPF) to be held in Seoul during July 6-10, 2017, SC Members who have not yet notified their flight schedule to the Secretariat are requested to confirm their participation with their flight itineraries immediately so that the hosts can make necessary arrangements.

They are also kindly reminded that they are invited to make speeches at the sessions of the meetings of Media Forum and AEPF, the topics of which are listed below. In this regard, SC Members are requested to indicate at which session they want to make their speeches so that the Secretariat can prepare the list of speakers in advance. Due to time restraints, each speaker is advised not to exceed three minutes.

- 2nd Session of Media Forum : Role of the media in building an Asian community

- 1st Session of AEPF : Climate Change

- 2nd Session of AEPF : Populism in politics

- *Minor Topic in the 2nd Session : Asia Europe Connectivity
