ICAPP Update (10-22)

Dear Members of the Standing Committee,

Attached is the draft annotated agenda for the forthcoming 13th ICAPP Standing Committee to be held in Kunming, China, tentatively on Friday, July 16, 2010. It will be much appreciated if the SC Members could provide their suggestions for the agenda to be reviewed at the next SC meeting. The remaining appendixes will soon be provided.
