ICAPP Update (10-05)
 
Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Please find attached application form for entry visa into Nepal.  Each participant in the 12th meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee to be held in Kathmandu during February 26-27, 2010 is kindly requested to fill out this form and submit it together with their photo to the immigration authority of Nepal upon their arrival at the International Airport in Kathmandu.   All participants will be met at the airport and led to the hotel by the representatives of the Organizing Committee of the meeting.

Also attached is the flight schedules and passport numbers of the partcipants which have been so far confirmed by the ICAPP Secretariat.  The SC members and other participants who have no yet informed their flight schedules and passport numbers are kindly requested to provide them at their earliest convenience.  These information are needed to facilitate necessary preparations and arrangements for the local accommodation.
