Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Please find attached the program and the revised draft annotated agenda with its annexes for the 12th SC Meeting to be held in Kathmandu during Feb. 26-27, 2010.  Please let us know if you have any suggestions or comments on the draft agenda.

The SC members who have not yet confirmed their participation in the meeting are kindly requested to do so at their earliest convenience.  All participants in the meeting are also kindly requested to inform the Secretariat their flight schedules and passport numbers.
