ICAPP Update (22-02) New SC Member (Vietnam)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

The Secretariat would like to inform you that Hon. Ngo Le Van, Vice Chairman of the Central Commission for External Relations of the Communist Party of Vietnam, has replaced Hon. Nguyen Thi Hoang Van as the representative of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the ICAPP Standing Committee.
