Attached are the revised tentative program and the list of participants of the ICAPP Special Conference on Migration and Refugees to be held in Istanbul during November 4-6, 2016 under the auspices of the Justice and Development Party (AK Parti) of Turkey.

Also attached is the draft Istanbul Statement on Migration and Refugees to be adopted at the special conference which has been prepared in cooperation with the AK Parti. SC Members are kindly requested to make any comments or suggestions on the draft at their earliest convenience.
