Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), which was invited to join the ICAPP Standing Committee at the 27th SC Meeting held in Kuala Lumpur in September 2016, has nominated Dato' Dr. Hou Kok Chung, Senator and Vice President of the MCA, as its representative to the SC. Dr. Hou Kok Chung is also Chairman of the Institute of Strategic Analysis & Policy Research (INSAP) in Malaysia.
