Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the invitation to the ICAPP Special Conference on Migration and Refugees, to be held in Istanbul, Turkey during November 4-6, 2016, has been sent to over 90 leading political parties in Asia.

Attached are the copies of the invitation, registration form, tentative program and conference procedures.

In this regard, SC Members are also requested to confirm participation of representatives of their political parties at their earliest convenience, but not later than October 7.

More detailed information about the conference will be provided in due course.
