Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee, The
Secretariat would like to inform you that Hon. Prakob Chirakiti, former
Executive Director of the Democrat Party and former Member of Parliament of Thailand,
has replaced Hon. Chamni Sakdiset, as the representative of Democrat Party of
Thailand in the ICAPP Standing Committee. Attached
