This is to provide you, with great pleasure, the draft Agreement between UNESCO and the ICAPP, which the Secretariat and the Chairperson of the Asian Cultural Council (ACC), Honorable Khuon Sudary, have agreed to make an attached proposal to UNESCO on 25th of June in Phnom Penh.

If you have any comments or views, please let us know by June 26, so that we can proceed quickly for conclusion of consultation with UNESCO.
