Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

Attached is the draft Annotated Agenda for the 32nd Meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee which will be held on the sidelines of the 3rd Meeting of the Asia-Europe Political Forum in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in the morning of 6 April. Also attached is the tentative List of Participants with its flight schedule to/from Colombo. Please note that those who are yet to send their flight schedule are requested to inform the Secretariat by 29th of March.

SC Members are cordially requested to review the annotated agenda and make suggestions or comments, if any, also by 29th of March. Please note that appendixes to the annotated agenda are not attached herewith.
