Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the Secretariat has decided to appoint Hon. Park Robyug, former Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Russia, as new Acting Secretary General of the ICAPP as of today.

Amb. Park’s curriculum vitae is attached herewith for your reference.

Amb. Park will exercise and execute such functions as are described in Article 12 of the ICAPP Charter, and will be in charge of general management of the Secretariat.

It is firmly believed that SC members will render the same support and assistance to the new Acting Secretary General as did to me, so that he can fully accomplish his duties, successfully convening the upcoming 29th Meeting of the Standing Committee and the ICAPP Special Conference on the Silk Road, which would be held in Tehran, Iran, during 1-4 February.
