Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the dates for the 3rd Meeting of the ICAPP Women's Wing to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan will be changed to September 1-2 from September 18-19, 2015 at the request of the Yeni (New) Azerbaijan Party.
