Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the item 14 has been added to the "Major Understandings and Decisions reached at ICAPP Standing Committee Meetings" as follows:

14. 28th SC Meeting in Seoul on July 7, 2017

- The Members agreed to invite the Islamic Labour Party of Iran as a new member of the SC with the agreement and recommendation of the Islamic Motalefeh Party of Iran

- The Members endorsed the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Asian Cultural Council, which was prepared by Cambodia in consultation with China, Nepal, and Russia.

- The Members agreed to increase the number of Bureau Members of the SC to five and elected Hon. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Former Foreign Minister of Cambodia, Hon. Zheng Xiaosong, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Hon. Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim League-Q of Pakistan, respectively, as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee.
