ICAPP Update (24-02): ICAPP Mission to Observe Presidential Elections in Azerbaijan

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee are invited to observe the presidential elections in Baku, Azerbaijan to be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 by the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

This is also to inform you that the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be offering local transportation and accommodation to a total of 3 (three) ICAPP representatives from February 6 to 9, 2024.

In this regard, interested SC Members and their accompanying delegates are kindly requested to submit the application form, along with a copy of their passport and two identification photos, to the ICAPP Secretariat at secretariat@theicapp.org as soon as possible, and no later than January 25, 2024.

Attached are the official invitation letter from Hon. Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the application form.

The program of the ICAPP Mission will be provided in due course, as soon as the secretariat receives from the Azerbaijan side.
