ICAPP Update (24-06) MOU on the observer exchange between the ICAPP and NAM-PN

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

In relation to the ICAPP Update (23-66) dated November 28, 2023, the ICAPP Secretariat and the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network (NAM PN) have completed the negotiation on the attached MOU on the observer exchange between the ICAPP and NAM-PN (Parliamentary Network). 

It would be highly appreciated if the SC Members provide any suggestions on the MOU until February 6, 2024. Unless we hear otherwise, we will inform the NAM PN about our consent to his MOU.
