ICAPP Update (24-12): The 3rd Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network (NAM-PN)

Dear Distinguished Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

This is to inform you that the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network (NAM-PN) has invited us to participate in the 3rd Conference of the NAM PN as observers. 

The conference will be held on March 25, 2024, in Geneva, Switzerland, on the sidelines of the upcoming 148th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

For your reference, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Exchange of Observers between the ICAPP and the NAM-PN has recently been approved 

by the ICAPP Standing Committee members, based on which the Secretariat is consulting the Azerbaijan side to finalize it. 

Provided that the MOU will soon come into effect, it is necessary to kindly request your delegation's confirmation of participation no later than Friday, March 1, 2024, 

by registering through the NAM-PN website using the following link: NAM-PN Registration Link. Also, please inform the ICAPP Secretariat via email, 

once you have completed the registration process.

In this regard, please find attached the Invitation Letter, Conference Program and General Information file, which provides detailed information 

regarding the background, venue, registration, visa/formalities, as well as travel and accommodation arrangements for the NAM-PN conference.
