ICAPP Update (10-03)
 
Dear Members of the ICAPP Standing Committee,

With regard to the local arrangements for the 12th meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee, the International Department of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN-UML) has further informed the Secretariat that the CPN-UML would be responsible for local accommodation, including hotel accommodation, for two nights only for the SC Members and the Special Participants.  The SC members and Special Participants would be expected to pay for extra expenses that might accrue from staying longer than two nights.  The accompanying delegates should be responsible for their own accommodations during their stay.   

Attached are the latest list of the participants and the revised tentative program.  The SC members are requested to kindly inform their flight schedules and passport numbers at their earliest convenience.
