Update (22-22) New SC Member (Cambodia) Dear Distinguished Members
of the ICAPP Standing Committee, The Secretariat would like
to inform you that HRH Prince Norodom Chakravuth, President, Chairperson of the
Standing Committee of the FUNCINPEC Party
of Cambodia has replaced the late HRH Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh as
the representative of the FUNCINPEC Party
of Cambodia in the ICAPP Standing Committee (SC). Attached is the official
