Attached is the DRAFT Report on the Conclusions of the 38th Meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee, which was held in Istanbul, Türkiye on 17 November 2022. 

SC Members are kindly asked to send their comments or suggestions, if any, no later than 9 December. 

Appendixes to the conclusions will be provided with the final version of the Report.
